Our Process

It all starts with our discovery call with you and your partners to learn more about your business, services, or activities, your booking software, your policies, and procedures. Once we have a clear understanding of your business, we come back with our service proposal, a recap of our duties while handling your customers as if we were there in your office and our implementation plan. We have this in place to deliver the best possible experience for you and your customers daily. We take each client’s business as if we are an owner and go above and beyond to help your business grow while giving you freedom from the phones!

Once we have your launch date scheduled and receive your completed Onboarding Survey, our team will be busy building our internal database tailored to your business policies and procedures. We are assigning you a dedicated phone number for forwarding calls. We ask that you forward your calls to our assigned number to keep you in control of your phone number. Our number automatically allows your customers also to text us directly.

Before your full launch date, we start with a few test days so we can discover anything that we may have missed in our original discovery call and confirm that we are following all of your protocols for any type of call that comes our way. Your customers won’t even realize they are not talking to you or your direct staff!
